Rouge River Winds and music director Pratik Gandhi present their spring 2023 concert. This eclectic program features the Ontario premiere of Robert Buckley’s Symphony No. 3, “Quebec Mosaic”, a masterfully inventive setting of numerous Quebecois folk songs. Also on the program, works by Gustav Holst, Jack Hughes, and John Cheetham. Our 2020 solo competition winner, pianist Christopher Yeung, performs the first movement of Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A minor.
