The University of Toronto Wind Symphony and director Pratik Gandhi present “To the Stars”, a musical journey from our planet out into the great unknown. The program includes Robert Buckley’s The Pathway to the Stars and Julie Giroux’s Journey through Orion, as well as Jonathan Dagenais’ Stella, a vast and compelling portrait of the life of a star. The Wind Symphony will also be joined by the Kairos Quartet to perform Kevin Lau’s Charon’s Dance.
